This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife to transfer of C.P. No.128 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge Family Court, Rourkela to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party at the time of call. 4.

Considering the facts and submissions made and also the distance between both the Courts, so also both the parties stated to be permanent resident of Jagatsinghpur district, this

// 2 // Court directs that C.P. No.128 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judge Family Court, Rourkela be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order and intimate the same to the Opposite Party. 5.

However, the Opposite Party is at liberty to seek review of this order, if he is aggrieved by this order in any manner. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
