This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 6th September, 2019 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur in I.C.C. Case No.229 of 2019, taking cognizance of the offences under Sections 420, 468 and 406 of the I.P.C.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this Petition. Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.

However, Petitioner is at liberty to raise all the contentions at the time of framing of charge before the Court in seisin over the matter. (S. Pujahari) Judge DA
