This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, seeks for a direction to the opposite parties to transfer of the investigation of Remuna P.S. Case No.91 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.504 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Balasore to any other independent agency like C.B.I. for fair investigation.

Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that in the meantime, after completion of investigation in connection with the above noted case, Charge Sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
