None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared on 10.10.2022.

The petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. has prayed to quash the F.I.R. dated 26.07.2016 in Barbil P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 376 of 2016 of the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Barbil. The impugned F.I.R. was registered way back on 26.07.2016 and in the meantime more than six years have passed. 4.

In view of aforesaid development, it pre-supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Kishore
