Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 15.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11242 of 2022.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that wherever the word 'Petitioner' appears in order dated 15.09.2022 be corrected and read as 'Petitioners' and the word 'surrenders' appearing in 4th line of Paragraph-6 of the said order be corrected and read as 'surrender'. The rest part of the order shall remain intact.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 15.09.2022. 8.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
