Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2.
Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed assailing the impugned order under Annexure-2 whereby the learned court below issued NBWA against the petitioner in connection with 2(b) CC No.08 of 2012 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Jeypore on the grounds stated therein.

Perused the impugned order dated 6th May, 2022. 4.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was on bail but on the date fixed i.e. 08.08.2022 an application under Section 317(1) Cr.P.C. was rejected and thereafter, NBWA was issued against him and in the facts and circumstances of the case, it is prayed that the petitioner should be directed to surrender and go on bail which the Court is inclined to.

Accordingly, it is ordered.

In the result, the CRLMC stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Jeypore on or before 14th October, 2022 in 2(b) CC No.08 of 2012 and in the event of his surrender, the court shall release him on bail with conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

An urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
