Since on instruction, Mr. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that in the meantime Mangalabag P.S. Case No. 249, dated 29.09.2022 has already been registered for commission of offences under Sections-307/341/384/386/34 of the I.P.C. and investigation is going on, Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 4.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed. 5.
