Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of the workman Order No.

and submits, incomplete payment has been made pursuant direction in order dated 22nd November, 2022. He submits, payment has been made upto 30th November, 2022 at 1,200/- per month. Last drawn salary was Rs.1,500/- per month.

We notice, in paragraph-3 of impugned award dated 31st March, 2011 there is mention that the workman was working at wages of Rs.1,500/- per month.

Mr. Mohanty, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of the management and submits, he will take instructions at what rate payment has been made.

The workman has filed affidavit dated 19th December, 2022 wherein he has alleged that Rs.29,760/- has been short paid. 5.

We adjourn hearing of the writ petition in expectation that the minor controversy regarding amount to have been paid will be sorted out.
