On instruction Mr. R.N. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate contended that on the earlier occasion, he has provided a wrong provisional application number to this Court, though in fact the SLP Diary No. is 7692 of 2023.

It is also contended that the SLP is likely to be listed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 28.04.2023 as revealed from the case information downloaded from the website of the Supreme Court. Such instruction produced by Mr. R.N.Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate before this Court be kept on record.
