Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 25th June, 2022 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak in Criminal Proceeding No.38 of 2019, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.7,000 per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.5,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 3.

Mr. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM 4.

In view of such submission, the RPFAM is dismissed as withdrawn.
