1. For the reasons stated, the I.A. is allowed. Accordingly, the following portion of paragraph 3 of the order dated 13th December 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.20448 of 2019 be deleted: "3. Accordingly, a direction is issued that if the Petitioners make payment of all the Government dues as demanded within a period of four weeks from today, their application for renewal of license shall be considered in accordance with law. It is made clear that if the payment is not made within four weeks from today, the right of the Petitioners should be extinguished and they will not have any further claim."

2. Accordingly, paragraph 3 of the order dated 13th December 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.20448 of 2019 be read as under only: "3. Consequently, the impugned order (Annexure-1) is hereby quashed."

3. Rest part of the order dated 13th December 2022 shall remain unaltered. The order be now uploaded afresh with the correction as directed hereinabove.

4. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (M.S. Raman) Judge S.K. Guin
