This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Prayer for modifications, as sought for in the I.A., is allowed. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title of the bail application in court today, so far as the year of the P.S. Case is concerned. 5.

In the 6th line of para-4 of the order dated 15.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11271 of 2022, the words and figures "Tangi P.S. Case No.467 of 2012" stands corrected and substituted by the words and figures "Tangi P.S. Case No.467 of 2022". 6.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide the aforesaid order dated 15.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of

// 2 // Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
