This writ petition involves the following prayer: "Under the above circumstances, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to Opposite Parties and on their appearance if they fail to show the sufficient cause or show insufficient cause, make the rule absolute and issue appropriate writ(s), direction(s) directing Opposite Party No.2/ the Executive Officer, Dhenkanal Municipality, Dhenkanal to consider and dispose of the representation of the present petitioner under Annexure-2 within a stipulated time period;

And may further be pleased to issue any other writ(s), order(s), direction(s) as would be deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and for the said act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.".

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and as this Court finds Annexure-2, the request of the petitioner is still pending with opposite party no.2, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.2 to look into the request of the pettier vide Annexure-2 and do the needful by completing the entire exercise within a month from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
