Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, the prayer for modification is allowed. 5.

Accordingly, Para-7 of the aforesaid order dated 23.09.2022, with regard to Criminal Antecedent of the Petitioner, is hereby deleted. However, other conditions in the said order remain intact. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
