Petitioner No.1 is the defaulting borrower of a Housing Loan availed for a sum of Rs.11,37,279/- along with another Top-up Loan for a sum of Rs.3,91,374/- from Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd., Lewis Road, Gitanjali Complex, Bhubaneswar, District-Khurdha in the month of March, 2018. Due to financial indiscipline, the loan accounts were classified as NPA on 10th February, 2020 and recovery process under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 were initiated. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition, as the accounts having been closed in view of an amicable settlement.

In view of the above, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
