Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is preparation of Green Card contrary to the materials provided to such authority. Even after oral approach of the petitioners and establishing their case through the documents, the oral request is not being entertained as a consequence of which the incorrect Green Card granted in favour of the petitioners creates embargo getting the benefit under it. This Court finds there is serious allegation. In the event, sufficient documents are there in making necessary correction so far the name of the persons is concerned, the competent authority is directed to bring the necessary correction by undertaking such exercise within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. This Court further grants liberty to the petitioners in the event any further document is required bringing necessary correction, same may also be filed along with copy of this order before the opposite party nos.3 and 4 for their joint exercise requiring necessary correction in the Green Card.

With the observation made hereinabove, the writ petition stands disposed of.
