3. This Interim Application has been filed for implementation of the order dtd.09.09.2022 passed in the writ Petition.

4. It is fairly submitted that seeking non-compliance of the order the Petitioner has already filed a Contempt Petition.

5. In view of that the present I.A. is not maintainable and accordingly rejected.
