1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that analogues matter had come up before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No. 2037 of 2015, which was disposed of vide order dated 14.08.2015 allowing the claim made by the Petitioner therein. Challenging such order, the State had preferred W.P.(C) No. 3442 of 2016, which was dismissed vide order dated 28.02.2017. Therefore, this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 14.08.2015 passed in O.A. No. 2037 of 2015.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given by the tribunal in the aforesaid order dated 14.08.2015 passed in O.A. No. 2037 of 2015.

5. Petitioner is directed to provide a copy of this order passed by this Court in the present writ Petition and the order passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A. No. 2037 of 2015 as well as the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3442 of 2016 within a period of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of this order.

6. The writ Petition is disposed of.
