Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the Court's order dated 19th October, 2022 passed in I.A. No. 1880 of 2022. 2.

By the above order dated 19th October, 2022, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in Special Case No. 107 of 2017 but he could not do so. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time may be extended in order to enable the petitioner to surrender in compliance of the Court's order dated 19th October, 2022. 3.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed as a last chance.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned ADJ-cum-Special Judge, Balasore on or before 20th March, 2023 to comply with the direction of this

Court's order dated 6th July, 2022 and 19th October, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 1557 of 2021. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the petitioner in future. 5.

The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 6.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
