This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel.

The present writ application has been filed challenging the order of transfer vide Office Order dated 05.09.2022 under Annexure-5 and the relieve order No.2077 dated 07.09.2022 under Annexure-6.

Learned Additional Sanding Counsel on the other hand on instruction submits that vide order dated 20.10.2022 this Court directed to implement the order passed by this Court on 09.09.2022. Learned Additional Standing Counsel on instruction submits that by Office Order No.18449 dated 09.11.2022, the Petitioner has again been reposted as C.D.P.O., Dhamnagar, Bhadrak. In such view of the matter, the writ application has become infructuous. 5.

The writ application is disposed of as infructuous. 5.
