3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner challeges the illegal action of the Opposite Parties more particularly Opposite Party No.3/ District Education Officer, Boudh has not sanctioned the final pension as well as unutilized leave salary in spite of representation submitted by him through Block Education Officer, Boudh dated 08.06.2022 and 25.07.2022.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for his representation to be disposed of by the District Education Officer, Boudh.

He files a representation under

// 2 // Annexure-3 on 25.07.2022, the said representation is still pending before the DEO, Boudh.

5. In view of pendency of such representation, the opposite party No. 3/District Education Officer, Boudh is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within a period of one month from the date of production/presentation of certified copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
