This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Mr.Santosh Sethi, learned counsel has entered appears on behalf of the informant and filed Vaklatnama in court today. 5.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation of any overt act on the part of the present Petitioner. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner by the Arresting Officer in connection with Capital P.S.Case No.475 of 2022

// 2 // corresponding to C.T.Case No.5133 of 2022 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as may deem just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
