Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direct the Opp. Parties to grant 2nd Financial Up-gradation under R.A.C.P.

of G.P.

of Rs.4600/- w.e.f. 01.01.2013 on completion of 20 years of service as Forester, as has been given to other similarly situated Foresters (Now Dy. Ranger), viz. Gadadhar Panda, Samir Kumar Rout, Purna Ch. Panda and others as at Annexure-7 and taking into account the Order, dated 19.12.2018 in O.A No.3093 of 2018 as at Annexure-6 and then revised 3rd MACP w.e.f.

08.02.2018 and accordingly grant all the financial benefits to the Petitioner".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.4 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Annexures-5 & 7 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
