The Writ Petition appears to be half-hearted. Even though learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to refer some circulars guiding the establishment of Fly Ash Bricks and some judgments of the Tribunal as well as this Court, the Writ Petition does not contain all such aspects. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition to file a better Writ Petition bringing all such aspects there.

The Writ Petition thus stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as above.
