1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.K. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. Swadha Rath, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party.

3. The transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of C.P. No. 97 of 2022 from the Court of the learned Family Judge, Jagatsinghpur to Court-1 of the Family Judge, Bhubaneswar.

4. Ms. Rath, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party fairly submitted that the Opp. Party has not objection for transfer of the matter, if this Court will direct the learned Family Judge, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the proceeding within a stipulated time. Since the application in C.P. No. 97 of 2022 has been filed in the year 2022, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction the same. However, the Opp. Party may make necessary application for early disposal of the matter before the learned Family Judge at Bhubaneswar after transfer of the matter.

Considering the grounds taken in the transfer petition and the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the Parties, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer as made in the transfer petition. Accordingly, this Court directs the learned Family Judge, Jagatsinghpur to transfer C.P. No. 97 of 2022 to the Court-1 of the learned Family Judge, Bhubaneswar forthwith on receipt of this order.
