This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.
(physical/virtual) mode.

Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the State and on going through the averments of the F.I.R. as well as the statement of the witnesses as it reveals that as against the Petitioner, the case is running for alleged commission of offence which is bailable in nature; learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application as the Petitioner would now be moving the learned Court in seisin of the case invoking the appropriate provision of law for appropriate relief.

In view of above, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
Interim order dated 12.11.2020 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
