Learned counsel for the Petitioner is present, but he has got no instruction with regard to disposal of the case, however, on perusal of report submitted by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, FTSC under POCSO Act, Berhampur, Ganjam, the case in which the Petitioner has sought for bail has already been disposed of on 08.09.2022 and, therefore, the present bail application has become infructuous.
