1. Mr. Chitta Ranjan Das, counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition seeking leave to urge all the pleas raised in the present writ petition including challenge to the vires of Rule 42(1)(i) and 43(1)(g) of the OGST/CGST Rules, 2017 at the appropriate stage.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
