This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 22.02.2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is a typographical error in mentioning the month for concluding the trial of the case, which has been mentioned as 'six months' instead of 'four months'. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to correct the same.

Considering the submission made the expression "six months" as mentioned in paragraph-7 of the order dated 22.02.2022 be corrected as "four months". The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered.

I.A. thus stands allowed.
