Heard Mr. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department.

This review petition has been filed for review of the order dated 14.12.2015 passed in F.A.O. No. 596 of 2015.

As it appears the FAO was filed with a delay of 906 days in preferring the appeal. Therefore, this Court was not inclined to condone the delay and accordingly dismissed the FAO. This review petition is also filed on 10.12.2018 seeking review of the order dated 14.12.2015 and as such, this review petition also suffers from delay and laches. Therefore, applying the ratio decided by this Court in the case of State of Odisha and another v. Smt. Bishnupriya Routray and another, this court is not inclined to review the order dated 14.12.2015 passed in FAO No. 596 of 2015.
