Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties.

The petitioner had appeared in the Upa-Shastri Examination in the year 2012 under the Sri Jagannath Sanskrit Viswavidyalaya, Puri. She was issued with a duplicate mark sheet, copy of which is enclosed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition. She was also issued with a Pass Certificate indicating that the original certificate is under preparation. It is the case of the petitioner that despite lapse of nearly 10 years, the original mark sheet and certificate have not been issued to her.

Mr. Soumya Ranjan Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the University

authority to issue the original certificates in favour of the petitioner. 5.

Mr. Laxmikanta Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the University submits that the delay in issuance of original certificate was because of a prohibitor order passed by this Court in some other case. However, the certificates are said to be ready and can be supplied within a period of two weeks.

In view of the submissions as above, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition, which is therefore disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.1 to issue the original mark sheet and certificate of Upa-Shastri Examination, 2012 in favour of the petitioner within a period of two weeks, if there is no other legal impediment.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
