Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is no doubt in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directed Tahasildar, Barbil-Opposite Party No.3 involved therein to undertake the exercise taking a decision on the grievance of the Petitioner based on notice. Mr. Panda, learned counsel for Contemnor brings to the notice of the Court that in fact the grievance of the Petitioner is required to be undertaken in exercise of Land Acquisition Officer, Keonjhar-Opposite Party No.4 sitting together to the Assistant Executive Engineer, Barbil. Mr.Panda, learned counsel for Contemnor also submits that in the meantime the matter is already referred to above authority for action at their end.

This Court however giving attention to the direction of this Court and as this Court finds the grievance of the Petitioner was required to be considered on the own statement of the Tahasildar but in fact the grievance of Petitioner requires attention of Land Acquisition Officer, Keonjhar and his Assistant Executive Engineer, Barbil. Accordingly both are directed to undertake the exercise involving the grievance of the Petitioner through Annexure-6 in the Writ Petition.

Let copy of this order dated 03.03.2022 in W.P.(C) No.5603 of 2022 along with copy of the Writ Petition be served both two officers as undertaken within a period of one working week. 5.

In the circumstance there is no further cause of action survives in the Contempt Petition which is dropped accordingly. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
