1. The name of the petitioner as appearing in the cause title is Order No.

incorrect regarding his surname as informed to the Court by the learned counsel appearing for him and prays for its correction. The said correction is allowed to be carried out in the Court itself. (R.K.Pattanaik) Judge I.A. No. 2742 of 2022 03.

1. For the reason stated, the I.A. stands allowed. Necessary correction be carried out with regard to the name of the court and it should be read as '2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Khordha' in place of 'Assistant Sessions Judge, Chatrapur, Ganjam' as appearing in Para-7 of the aforesaid order dated 2nd November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 2519 of 2022.

2. Furthermore, the date of surrender of the petitioner is hereby extended and the petitioner is thus allowed to surrender before the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Khordha on or before 15th December, 2022 in compliance of the directions of this Court in CRLMC No.2519 of 2022.

3. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
