I.A. No.289 of 2022 has been filed for condonation of delay of 192 days in filing RPFAM as pointed out by the S.R. 3.

On perusal of the petition, it appears that no ground is made out to condone such delay. A bald statement is only made that due to illness of the Petitioner for long period, as he is suffering from several diseases, he could not contact his Advocate to obtain the copy of the judgment to file RPFAM. Such a ground without any material particulars is not sufficient to condone the delay in filing RPFAM.

Accordingly, the I.A. is dismissed.

Consequently, the RPFAM stands dismissed.
