This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No.74 of 2021, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar, arising out of Jagannath Prasad P.S. Case No.32 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.131 of 2021, for alleged commission of offences under Section 302/201 of IPC. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar, Ganjam, by order dated 08.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Taking into account that trial is at the fag end as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and only official witnesses have to be examined, this Court taking into account the period of
custody of the petitioner since 13.02.2021, feels persuaded to call upon the learned Court in seisin over the matter to conclude the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

The Registry is requested to communicate this order to the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
