Heard Mr. J.R. Deo, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Choudhury S. Mishra, learned A.G.A along with Mr. Pradipta Kumar Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel appearing for OPSC.

It is fairly submitted by Mr. Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel that appropriate action will be taken on Annexure-8 within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

In view of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on Opp. party No.1 to do the needful as requested by the Government under Annexure-8 in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from today.
