I.A. No.1773 of 2022 1.

This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.09.2022 passed in the ABLAPL.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners, Para-7 of the order dated 23.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11353 of 2022 with regard to verification of criminal antecedents of similar nature of the Petitioners is hereby waived. However, waiving of the aforesaid condition is subject to the Petitioner furnishing cash security of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the satisfaction of learned court in seisin over the matter. Except the above modification, the other conditions in the said order remain intact.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 22.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11353 of 2022, but subject

// 2 // to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of. 7.
