This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

On persal of the F.I.R. it appears that the F.I.R. has been lodged for commission of offence under sections 341,294, 323, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On further examination, it appears that all the offences are bailable. As such there is no apprehension of arrest.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
