This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to approach the learned court below again by filing a fresh application in the event trial is not concluded within stipulated period of time as would be directed by this Court. 3.
In such view of the matter, the bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer by filing a fresh bail application before the court below, if the trial has not been concluded within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

In the event any bail application is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law without being influenced by any other factor.

Further, the learned court below is directed to expedite the trial and shall make endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
