Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It appears, pursuant to the disposal of W.P.(C) No.13755/2022, the Petitioner has already submitted its representation, vide Annexure-10 series. The Petitioner has also a proof of filing such representation by affixing the Registered Post Receipt available at Page-55 of the Brief.

In the circumstance and as this Court finds, the A.D.M.-cumSecretary, Land Allotment Committee, Rourkela, O.P.2 is required to take lawful decision on such issue, O.P.2 is directed to take a lawful decision on the representation of the Petitioner at Annexure10 series at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 4.
