This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.4886 of 2021 now S.T. Case No.47 of 2022 pending in the file of learned District & Sessions Judge, Sambalpur, arising out of Ainthapali P.S. Case No.682 of 2021, offence under Sections 394/397 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Sambalpur by order dated 27.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

In view of the criminal proclivity of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 6.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move the learned Court in seisin over the matter at a later stage.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
