Considering the submission made, this Court directs in the event Annexure-2 is pending before the Deputy Commissioner, Cuttack Municipal Corporation, Cuttack to dispose of the same, taking into consideration the objection of the Petitioner and after providing opportunity to the Petitioner and also Parties likely to be affected such as Opposite Party Nos. 6 and 7 herein. Required exercise involved be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of the order by the Petitioner. 3.
