CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH Order No.
ORDER
19.10.2022 02.
1.
Petitioners challenge the order at Annexure-4 solely on the premises that even though the Petitioners have not been heard while appearing as Opposite Parties in the Consolidation Revision No.122/07, there is disposal of such proceeding indicating that there is hearing of the present Petitioners-Opposite Parties therein. 2.
Looking to the nature of grievance involving disposal of revision, this Court observes, in the event the Petitioners are justified in such claim, it is open to the Petitioners to approach the authority concerned committing such mistake for rectifying such mistakes. It is, in this view of the matter, this Court declines to entertain the Writ Petition. However liberty is granted to the Petitioners to make their approach to the competent authority for correcting its own order. In the event such application is made within a period of ten days hence, the competent authority shall do well in taking a decision on the same within a period of three weeks thereafter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above order. (Biswanath Rath) Judge A.K. Jena
