This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for restoration of ABLAPL No. 2088 of 2021, which was disposed of for non-prosecution as per order dated 26.08.2022.

Considering the grounds taken in the petition and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 26.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No. 2088 of 2021 is recalled. ABLAPL No. 2088 of 2021 is restored to file and the matter be listed next week before the assigned Bench indicating the name of Mr. Ramakanta Sahoo as the counsel for the petitioner.

The CRLMA is disposed of accordingly.
