This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 407 of the Cr.P.C. for transfer of G.R. Case No. 130 of 2015 from the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Udala, to the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore.

Mr. Basanta Kumar Das, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo in Court today stating that the petitioner does not want to press this application and the same may be permitted to be withdrawn. The said memo be kept in the record. 3.

Considering the said submission, the TRP(CRL) is disposed of as withdrawn.
