Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves inaction of the Tahasildar, Derabish in not working out the direction of the Competent Authority issued in disposal of Revision Petition No.72/2022. 3.

Taking this Court to the directive part, learned counsel for the Petitioner appears to have satisfying the Court bringing the Writ Petition.

Mr.Mishra, learned ASC for the State though has no scope for objecting to the direction of the Competent Authority, vide Annexure-2, however submits, the direction involved herein being passed on 27.7.2022 and in the event there is no challenge to such

// 2 // order, as there is involvement of private parties there, the Tahasildar is bound by such orders.

Keeping the submission of the learned counsel for the Parties, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, in the event there is no challenge to the order dated 27.7.2022 passed in Revision Petition No.72/2022 in higher forum and no stay order operating, the Tahasildar, Derabish is duty bound to work out such direction. In the event such order is not worked out as of now, all possible steps be taken by the Tahasildar to work out the direction therein by bringing a fresh Record of Rights at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.
