This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Against the interim Order dated 26.10.2017 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.3052(C) of 2017, the Petitioners have approached this Court by filing this Writ Petition.

Since the main case, i.e. WPC (OAC) No.3052 of 2017 is pending, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. In any case, the Petitioners are granted liberty to pursue the main case.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
