This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that petitioner had earlier filed a bail application, namely BLAPL No.4332 of 2022 and the same was disposed of by order dated 25.07.2022 calling upon the learned Court in seisin over the matter to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order while not entertaining the application for bail. 4.

On perusal of the order of rejection, it is seen that evidently such order was not brought to the kind notice of the Court in seisin over the matter.

Be that as it may, learned Court is once again called upon to conclude the trial within time fixed earlier.

Registry is requested to communicate the copy of this order to the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 7.

Accordingly the BLAPL stands disposed of.
