Udgata, learned counsel for the opposite party. 2.

Mr. Guru, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the matter and instead seeks liberty to approach the Sessions court in appeal in terms of Section 29 of the D.V.Act. 3.

On the above prayer, CRLMC stands disposed of granting a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal in terms of Section 29 of the D.V.Act.
