Heard Mr. B. Barik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Choudhury S. Mishra, learned A.G.A. 3.

It is submitted that the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 8.2.2013 in O.A. No.3022 (C )/2007 under Annexure-14 was challenged by the petitioner before this Court. but the said Writ Petition was dismissed vide order dated 18.4.2022. It is submitted that the petitioner now seeks implementation of the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 8.2.2013. 4.

In that view of the matter, while disposing the Writ Petition, the petitioner is directed to move an application in that regard before opp. party No.2. It is observed that if any such application is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by opp. party no.2 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
